Frequently Asked Questions

The guides are written for primary school age children, in particular to support key stage two children (year 3 and up in England or age 6 and up). It really depends on your child’s ability but we try to cover as many options as we can across our guides to suit all learners. Here is rough age category for each guide: 

2W2L Spellings - age 5 and up 

2W2L Times Tables - age 6 and up 

2W2L Anything! (In the school holidays) - age 4 and up 

2W2L for Reluctant Readers - age 5 and up 

Absolutely NOT! We include print outs for ease but they are always easy documents to copy using pen and paper, or you can just use them digitally on whatever device you’ve downloaded the guide onto. 

Yes, once you have bought the guide you have 30 days to download it onto any device you like from your email. We like to have a copy of the PDF’s on our phone to refer to any time so we have loads of games ready at our fingertips no matter what homework comes home! 

Please drop us an email on 2weeks2learn@fiveminutemum.com with the subject ’30 days expired’  and your order number and we will do our best to resend your guide link as soon as we can. This can take up to 5 days though so it’s best to try and download it immediately even if you don’t intend to use the guide right away! 

Forever! It’s yours to keep and use.

Some of the guides are particularly large files to download. We are working on this to make them smaller. However here are some things to try: 

1. Try downloading on another device. 

2. Check your firewall or device isn’t blocking the download of a large file and if so change the settings to allow it. 

3. Check you have enough storage on the device for the guide 

4. Check you are trying to download within 30 days off purchase and if not see above.

5. Here is video of us showing you how to download and access our guides - please check it out if you need any help with the process. 

6. If you still cannot get it to work after trying all 5 previous steps please contact us on 2weeks2learn@fiveminutemum.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Our guides are digital so all you receive from us is the download link and it is ALL on there. If you wish to print it all out at home you’re very welcome to but we do not provide this service.

Yes absolutely. The guides are designed to be used by parents and carers with children in the home and also for those working in classroom settings. The activities are fun, simple and engaging to suit lots of types of learners and the step by step format we use for each guide makes it perfect to use as an intervention programme. 

I work in a school and would like all of the parents for the children in my class to have access to a particular guide. Is there a group discount or any way to do this? 

Yes, we are happy to work with schools or teachers on group package discounts - please contact us on 2weeks2learn@fiveminutemum.com and we can discuss it further. 

No, the guide you purchase and download is yours, but it not shareable with others. The links are exclusive to your download. If your friends would like a guide too then tell them to get onto our mailing list and look out for our brilliant discounts and deals!
