1. Guide Usage 

After purchasing a guide, the user will be given access to the guide materials within 48 hours through an activation link delivered in his/her email. The user will have lifetime access to the materials. 

2 Weeks 2 Learn hereby grants the user to one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to use the guide. The user understands and agrees that the guide materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event 2 Weeks 2 Learn suspects that the guide is being shared with another party, 2 Weeks 2 Learn reserves the right to immediately terminate the user’s access to the website and guides.

The user may use the guide for his/her own personal use and business use (business being referred to use in his/her classroom).

2. Fees & Payment Processing 

In consideration for access to the guide provided by 2 Weeks 2 Learn, the member agrees to compensate 2 Weeks 2 Learn the fee indicated on the online shopping cart. If any payment methods are declined by the online payment processor, the buyer shall provide a new eligible payment method before receiving access to the guide. In the event the user has already been given access to the guide and a payment method is declined, 2 Weeks 2 Learn reserves the right to collect any and all outstanding receivables.

3. Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of digital guides being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by the user in connection with the guide will be allowed under any circumstances. 4. Personal Information

By purchasing the guide, the user will be asked to provide personal information including his/her name, email address, mailing and billing address. The user agrees to allow 2 Weeks 2 Learn access to this personal information for all lawful purposes. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the identifying information, maintaining the safety and security of his/her identifying information, and updating 2 Weeks 2 Learn on any changes to his/her identifying information.

 

If the user submits an incorrect email address, 2 Weeks 2 Learn will not be able to process a refund or alter the email on our system.  If a typographical error has been made, please email 2weeks2learn@fiveminutemum.com and we will endeavor to help you.  

The billing information provided to 2 Weeks 2 Learn by the user will be kept secure and is subject to the same confidentiality and accuracy requirements as the user’s identifying information indicated above. Providing false or inaccurate information, or using the guide for fraud or unlawful activity, is grounds for immediate termination from the website.

5. Guarantees 

2 Weeks 2 Learn does not make any guarantees as to the results, including academic, financial or other personal gains, of the user’s use of the guide. The user agrees to take responsibility for their own results with regard to using the guide.

6. Release & Reasonable Expectations 

The user has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing 2 Weeks 2 Learn’s business and has a reasonable expectation that 2 Weeks 2 Learn’s guides will produce different outcomes and results for each user. The user understands and agrees that: 

▪ Every user and final result using the guides is different;

▪ The guides are intended for a mass audience.

7. Entire Agreement

This is a binding Agreement that incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, supersedes any other written or oral agreements between the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement.

8. Transfer 

This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party without written consent of both parties.
 
9. Severability
In the event that any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.
